Meet Karin
As a 45-year-old woman with over 20 years of experience in health and fitness, my journey has had its share of challenges. In my 20s and 30s, I lived in constant “busy” and “high stress” mode, which led to struggles with hypothyroidism, gut issues, and Lyme disease. Through a commitment to lifestyle changes, I overcame these hurdles, learning firsthand the power of holistic wellness.
Despite these achievements, at 45 years old I found myself at a new crossroads when my body, once responsive to my healthy habits, suddenly stopped cooperating. To my surprise, I discovered I was entering perimenopause—something I knew little about. I had assumed that my years of living a healthy lifestyle would shield me from such challenges, but I soon realized I needed new strategies.
Determined to understand the hormonal changes of perimenopause and beyond, I dove into learning everything I could about this transformative stage. Now, I am dedicated to sharing my story, educating, and supporting women as they navigate their own midlife transitions, empowering them with knowledge and tools to thrive.
